To be a good mother for your baby is great challenging task. Caring your baby doesn't start from the birth of your baby from the moment of conception its self the mother has to start caring of her baby.At the stage of conception caring the baby is nothing but caring your self, the way you care for your self indicates how much you care for your baby.The mother should maintain a good balanced diet at the stage of pregnancy. Pregnant women should maintain a diet of two people its fact because during that period what ever food she takes is the same food shared by the baby inside the womb, so woman at that time should maintain a balanced diet.



  Balanced Diet Maintained By A Mother :


          * Mother should maintain a perfect diet to keep her baby healthy.During the time of pregnancy try to avoid intake of vitamin-A that may harm your baby inside your womb.

          *Mother diet must include most quantity of green leafy vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, carrot and other long leafy vegetables.

          * Try to avoid intake of brinjal,papaya,onion, ginger, chilly,pepper,jaggery from your daily diet. Note that the women who have abortion should strictly avoid these all.

          *Dry fruits like black grapes, ripen mango, Bahamas, apricot, cashew nuts are  very good to intake during the pergnency time.

         *Indian women  have a habit of fasting weekly but that should be strictly avoided during the time of pergnency.

         *As much as possible try to avoid mutton, chicken it is good to have fish at that time.

         * Woman at that what ever the food she may take must be fresh try to avoid intake of frozen food.

        * While feeling thirsty don't try to take much cool water, cool drinks.Better take tea/coffee or ice creams but not regularly.

         *Keep in mind that the baby inside the womb totally depends upon the food what you intake so maintain proper and balanced diet for healthy baby.
