Water:

     * Healthy drinks are important as healthy food

     * Water is the best drink for children because water is free from sugar and doesn't rot their teeth.


How to make your children habit of drinking water 

1: Give them cool water mostly in summer.

2: Make your children habit of carrying water bottle when they are away from home.

3:One of the best tip is whatever the parents do children also make a habit of doing the same so     
    better you drink more water.


Milk:

   1: Milk is also good drink for children to get strong bones and strong teeth.
   
   2: Plain milk helps to protect teeth from tooth decay.

  3:  Mother milk is good for children up to two years.

  4:  After two years children are encouraged to give cow/buffalo milk or long life UHT milk.

 5: Plain milk is good but flavored milk is also good for children.

        

Drinks That Are To Be Avoided By Children:

    2:Cool Drinks                                                      

    3:Tea/Coffee

    4:100% fruit juice

    5: Alcoholic Drinks

     Note: Give your child a fruit instead of Fruit Juice


Tips To Protect Your Children Teeth


*  Cleaning your child teeth daily with the smooth brush makes their teeth free from decay.
* Avoid your child using nipple if they are habituated to that do not dip that in honey or syrup
* Try to avoid your child drinking milk with bottle make a habit of using cup 
* Make your child Habit of drinking water/warm milk after meals every day.
